INFINITI loaner cars are made available to our consumers when your car is being serviced. Additionally, each time you bring in your car for service you’ll receive a complimentary car wash. Please request loaner cars ahead of your visit to ensure availability.

Complimentary INFINITI Shuttle Service is available to take you to your office, home or local shopping (within zip code area). Multiple stops may be required based on the amount of customers riding on our shuttle. If a pick-up is necessary, please contact our service receptionist at (847) 828-8001 or your service consultant 30-45 minutes prior to desired pickup time.

Let our service receptionist know your prefer to use a local rideshare service. They’ll contact one of our rideshare partners to schedule and pay for a one-way ride to your destination (within zip code area). Need a ride back to our service center? Contact our service receptionist at 847-499-1524 to schedule your return trip. Return trip rideshare cost will be conveniently added to your repair bill.
